When I sync my Garmin on DailyMile, I always delete the route unless it’s a race. Because honestly, I don’t want someone out there I don’t know seeing my running route which starts near my driveway and then ends near it. Seriously.

And no, nothing that could pinpoint my location, daily routine, vacation time or work location is posted to any social network. Given the settings at some of these sites, even locked down, you’re gambling your privacy.
